For Co-Founder Laura Futrell, the journey to establishing Tidal Therapy Solutions was deeply personal. As a dedicated therapist and mother, she found herself struggling to balance the demands of her career with the desire to be an involved parent. The tipping point came when she missed one of her child’s school events due to the constraints of an 8-5 job.
The disappointment was profound, igniting a passion within her to create a better way - a way that would allow for both professional fulfillment and family presence. Laura envisioned a practice that would not only offer quality therapy but also foster flexibility and support for families. Her mission is clear: to create a work environment where therapists can thrive personally and professionally, ultimately benefiting the patients they serve.

Co-Founder Danielle McLean's journey was shaped by her experiences during a high-risk pregnancy with a premature baby. This challenging period opened her eyes to the stark reality that many workplaces treat employees as mere numbers, often disregarding personal emergencies and the need for work-life balance. Fueled by this experience, Danielle was motivated to establish a company that prioritizes people over quotas.
Her goal is to support other parents facing the same struggles of juggling work and family life. Danielle is passionate about providing the best possible care to patients and their families, emphasizing quality over quantity. She believes that every individual deserves compassionate, personalized care that recognizes their unique circumstances.
